Kettle BEll Classes:
Less Fat, More Muscle

Join us on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. and Friday mornings at 10:30 a.m. for our new Kettle Bell Class—an amazing workout that helps you lose weight, gain muscle, strengthen your core, and get stronger.

Classes are $15 each or a 5-class package for $60 (buy 4, get 1 FREE).

Met Con Workouts

Find yourself saying "I don't have time to do cardio today so I'm just going to 'workout' or 'lift'" OR "I spend all this time doing cardio and I'm still not losing any weight." At M.A.C. Fitness we're working hard to help disprove the nasty rumor that 'cardio' and 'weight training' are mutually exclusive.

Join us Mondays at 7:30 am and Fridays at 8:30 am for our new metabolic conditioning workout.

Rookie Training Camp

M.A.C. Fitness is proud to sponsor Taking Shape, a hands-on, 4-phase program to help teach young people various elements of health and fitness.

Phase 1: Rookie Training Camp

WHO: Youth, ages 13-18, new to fitness
WHAT: Nutrition, Body Mechanics, Exercises
WHEN: Week of October 26th
COST: $175 per participant
