Personal Training / Boxing for Fitness

This is a personal training program with a splash of boxing added to each workout. Adding boxing to your training arsenal is a great way to improve your cardio-respiratory endurance, blast away fat, and bring some fun and variety to your workouts.

Sports Enhancement Training

M.A.C. Fitness has Sports Enhancement Specialists who work with amateur and professional athletes during the off season to prepare them for in-season competition. We also modify these programs so that you can train throughout the season, helping to decrease the risk of injury during competition and practice. All of our trainers are working coaches, which means they are active with what they teach.
M.A.C. trainers are not afraid to sweat right along with you!

Olympic lifting improves vertical jumping ability which translates to more SPEED. Our staff is USA Weightlifting Certified and willing to share there knowledge and experience with You. Jiu Jitsu/Grappling

Our classes are a mixed martial art. A form of sport grappling for those individuals looking to challenge themselves by sharpening the ground skills needed to become a well rounded fighter, this sport aides in the improvement of strength and balance. Learn chokes, joint locks, and escapes. Our instructors have dedicated their lives to the sport. A great form of practical self-defense.

Kick Boxing

If you are looking for a fun total body workout that totally kicks butt, then you have come to the right place. Kick boxing is a great way to increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength. The kick boxing, like our other martial arts, is taught by experienced, full contact fighters.

INPAX™

You can have a great workout and learn some techniques to protect yourself. Self Defense is a great way to strenghten your core, increase your stamina, and improve your response time. Boxing Plus+

Boxing Plus+ is a great program for off-season sport training.
No matter your sport, our training tools and methods have been proven to work. We combine the skills and training from boxing along with other explosive movement methods and resistance training to GUARANTEE athletic improvement!
With our boxing experience combined with years of being and training athletes, we guarantee better athletic performance! Boxing is one of the best training tools to enhance footwork and hand speed. There are very few Performance Enhancement Specialists (PES) that can actually design a TRUE sport specific program. Whether the sport is football, tennis, etc., you need to follow a specific plan. Some sports have long off seasons and others do not get much time off. Long to short, if you are slow, we can help!
