Personal Trainers

Trying to lose weight, gain muscle, build a healthy body, and/or improve your eating? Are you ready to start exercising but put off by the gym scene? Confused by the equipment? Not sure how to start?

M.A.C. personal trainers can be used to motivate you and help you maintain consistency with your program. Our trainers will ensure your safety through a program designed for your specific needs. This program will help you reach your goals quickly and efficiently.

If you are looking for positive feedback in a constructive manner, a M.A.C. personal trainer could be right for you. We also have tandem training! (you and a friend or significant other can split a training session at no additional charge. What a deal!).

Weight Loss Programs

Not dieting but healthy eating, improved cardiovascular conditioning, and muscle building for overall body and bone health, M.A.C. Fitness will design a program that changes you from the inside—out.

Met Con Workouts

In our Met(abolic) Con(ditioning) workouts we'll utilize body weight exercises, kettlebells, free weights, a climbing rope, big ole Tire and the Hammer Twins, medicine balls, plyo boxes, pretty much whatever we have handy that we think will help get the job done.

M.A.C. Fitness members get to try the first class for free. After your first class, you buy a class-package: 5-class pack for $75 or 10-class pack for $120.

Each workout is limited to 8 participants. Contact the gym to reserve your spot.

Taking Shape: Phase-1 Rookie Training Camp (Making a Choice)

This camp is designed for the novice, those who have little or no experience and/or knowledge in the 'gym' setting. We cover gym etiquette, basic nutrition, establishing positive eating habits, and learning proper body mechanics and fundamental movements.

The week-long camp meets: Monday thru Thursday, 4:45 pm to 6:00 pm AND Saturday, 9:00 am to 10:15 am.

Each 1-hour, 15-min session will be divided into two main components: the know-how portion (the 'talk' session on one of the aforementioned elements) and the show-how portion (the 'do' session where participants work individually, as well as in small groups, in basic body weight exercises and various cardiovascular equipment).

Contact the gym to reserve your spot at the next camp.
