5:00 am - 1:00 pm
3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
(CLOSED: 1:00 - 3:00 pm)

Saturdays and Sundays
6:30 am - 2:00 pm

  • Cardio-machine use is on a first-come, first-serve basis. (Please limit your time to 30 minutes when someone is waiting.)

  • Free weights, cable machines, plyometric equipment, sports training equipment, and heavy bags are available for your use when class is not in session.

  • There's always a personal trainer on hand to help.

Small group, semi-private lessons are available (by appointment) for Boxing, Kickboxing, and Jiu Jitsu in addition to the classes listed. All semi-private lessons are limited to a maximum 5 students.
