Cardio-machine use is on a first-come, first-serve basis. (Please limit your time to 30 minutes when someone is waiting.)

Free weights, cable machines, plyometric equipment, sports training equipment, and heavy bags are available for your use when class is not in session.

Kickboxing, and Jiu Jitsu in addition to the classes listed. All semi-private
lessons are limited to a maximum 5 students.
All INPAX™ self-defense classes are by appointment.
