By UNANIMOUS decision, 14-year-old Jake Szolis won his 2ND PA Golden Gloves competition on Saturday, March 29, 2008. Congratulations, Jake.

TARGET GOLF FITNESS
Kent Biggerstaff
, current Conditioning and Fitness Specialist for the PGA /Champions Golf Tours, is now at MAC Fitness offering conditioning and training programs for our golfing members. Kent has worked as an Athletic Trainer for the New York Mets, the Milwaukee Brewers, and the Pittsburgh Pirates (for 17 years). Want to improve or enhance your golf game? Contact us about making an appointment with Kent at the gym. M.A.C. Fitness member Kris Roppert has improved her golf drive to 245 yards through consistant boxing training.

 
   

M.A.C. Fitness member Patrick McIntyre won the 149 lb. Gold Medal at the Kumite Classic grappling tournament, Memorial Day weekend 2007.

M.A.C. Fitness member, Lauren Colizza, won the 119 lb. Female Central District PA Golden Glove match on April 6th.

 

Lauren has one more fight on April, 28th, to confer the title of State Champion for her weight class.

Good luck, Lauren. M.A.C. is behind you 110%.
 


M.A.C. Fitness member Michael Casamassa won the 165 lb. Sub Novice PA Golden Glove 2007 Competition.
