Designed to fill you up, not slow you down with additives and preservatives, these meals provide energy for your workout or the work day. Call the gym to order your meal by 3 p.m. today and pick it up after 9 a.m. tomorrow.
Regular Offerings

Strawberry Spinach Salad     $6.50
Freshly sliced strawberries and toasted pine nuts served over a bed of fresh spinach and tossed in our own strawberry-infused vinaigrette dressing.

Turkey Waldorf Sandwich Bowl     $6.50
A blend of smoked turkey, grapes, apples and celery combined with a light yogurt dressing.

Cherry Chicken Sandwich Bowl     $6.50
Fresh, sweet, dark cherries plus shredded carrots, green onions and almonds mixed with our own Teriyaki sauce served in a bed of Boston Bibb lettuce.

Turkey Pita     $5.95
Whole-wheat pita stuffed with shaved turkey breast, tomato, cucumber and onions. Served with mayo on the side.

Vegetable and Peanut Pita     $5.95
A combination of fresh vegetables including cucumbers, red onions, carrots, radishes, green peppers, and peanuts in a whole-wheat pita topped with our own yogurt dressing.

Tuna Salad Pita     $5.95
Our own freshly made mayo-less tuna salad with lettuce and tomatoes in a whole-wheat pita.
