M.A.C. Fitness welcomes CCAC Students to our gym.

ATTENTION: Before you even consider starting a boxing, kick boxing, or other martial arts program, make sure your instructor has ring experience!

Boxing
For men, women, and children ages 10 and up.
One of the most practical skills you can learn. Whether you want to compete, stay conditioned  for a sport, enhance agility, lose weight, etc....boxing has something for everybody.

Learn the art of foot work, punching and defense while getting in the best shape of your life. Come experience boxing the M.A.C. way! Find out why boxing is called the 'Sweet Science".

Jiu Jitsu/Grappling
Our classes are a mixed martial art. A form of sport grappling for those individuals looking to challenge themselves by sharpening the ground skills needed to become a well rounded fighter, this sport aides in the improvement of strength and balance. Third picture below (on the right) shows our instructor, Beau Clark, working one of his great attacks.

Learn chokes, joint locks, and escapes. Our instructors have dedicated their lives to the sport. A great form of practical self-defense.  

Kick Boxing
If you are looking for a fun total body workout that totally kicks butt, then you have come to the right place.

Kick boxing is a great way to increase your stamina, flexibility, and strength. The kick boxing, like our other martial arts, is taught by experienced, full contact fighters. 

Self Defense
You can have a great workout and learn some techniques to protect yourself.

Self Defense is a great way to strenghten your core, increase your stamina, and improve your response time. Self Defense, like our other martial arts, is taught by experienced staff.
